July 26 is the first Monday of Sawan
The month of Sawan, dear to Lord Shiva, is starting from 25 July 2021 and will end on 22 August 2021. This is the fifth month of the Hindu calendar. It is also known as the month of Shravan. This month Lord Shiva is worshiped with rituals. In the holy month of Sawan, the devotees of Shiva bring Kavad and anoint Shiva with the water of the Ganges filled in that Kavad. Monday in the month of Shravan also has a special significance. Sawan Somwar fast is observed for fulfillment of wishes. Worshiping Lord Shiva on this day fulfills all the wishes. That is why Sawan Monday has special significance from religious point of view. Lord Shiva’s grace is obtained by taking special measures according to the zodiac sign in this month. Jyotishacharya Anish Vyas, director of Pal Balaji Jyotish Sansthan, Jaipur, told that this time there will be four Mondays in Sawan. This year the month of Sawan is of 29 days. Monday of Shravan month is considered very fortunate and fruitful. The devotees wait a lot for the Monday of Sawan. Special worship of Bholeshankar is done in this month. People perform Rudrabhishek of Bhole Shankar. There is a decay of the Dwitiya of Krishna Paksha and Navami Tithi of Shukla Paksha in Shravan. However, Krishna Paksha will be of full 15 days. Shukla Paksha will be of 14 days only. Pradosh fast in Sawan will be on 5th and 20th August. Sawan, the fifth month of the Hindu calendar, will last till August 22. This time the month of Sawan will start from Sunday and end on Sunday itself.
Four Mondays and two Pradosh fasts in Sawan
Jyotishacharya Anish Vyas told that there will be four Mondays and two Pradosh fasts in Sawan. Apart from this, many special auspicious yogas will also come. It is believed that fasting on Mondays performed in this month gives results very quickly. But to avoid the infection of the epidemic, Lord Shiva can be worshiped at home. The result of worship done at home is equal to the worship done in the temple. Therefore, worship should be done with the things available in the house.
Anish Vyas, a world famous prophet and horoscope analyst, told that in the month of Sawan, wake up early in the morning and take a bath and wear clean clothes. After this, anoint Lord Shiva with Ganga water while chanting the mantra Om Namah Shivaya. Offer water and milk on Shivling. Then perform aarti by offering flowers, bilva leaves, datura and other things. After that apply naivedya. It should be kept in mind that only sattvik things are offered to the Lord. After worship-aarti, chanting of Shiva Mantra should also be done.

Fourth Monday: August 16
Pradosh Vrat: Pradosh Vrat will be observed on 5th August and 20th August in Sawan.

Significance of Sawan

The results of fasting on Monday observed in this month are very quick. Those who are facing problems in their marriage should do special worship of Lord Shankar in the month of Sawan. Mangala Gauri Vrat
Renowned horoscope analyst Anish Vyas told that according to the Hindu calendar, the month of Sawan is starting from July 25. The first Monday of Sawan is falling on 26th July. In this way, the second date of Krishna Paksha of Sawan month and Tuesday will fall on 27th July. On July 27, the first Mangala Gauri fast of Sawan will be observed. Maa Mangala i.e. Mother Parvati is worshiped on the Tuesday of Sawan. On this day, married women keep a fast for the attainment of unbroken good fortune. This year, four Mangala Gauri fasts will be observed in the month of Sawan. Second Mangala Gauri Vrat will be observed on 3rd August, third Mangala Gauri Vrat will be observed on 10th August and fourth or last Mangala Gauri Vrat will be observed on 17th July.
