You want to make your morning healthy but due to time you are not able to do so. So we have brought for you such a recipe which will make you healthy as well as it will take you only 10 minutes to make it.

Ingredients for Oats Cheela

  • 2 tsp besan
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • a little ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • Coriander chopped
  • salt (as per taste)
  • green chutney or red sauce

how to make cheela

1. To make Oats Cheela, grind the oats. Put the ground oats in a vessel.

2. After this, add gram flour, turmeric, cumin pepper and other spices to the ground oats and mix them well.

3. Now mix finely chopped onion, carrot, tomato, capsicum, green chilli, ginger and green coriander and make a paste for cheela. You add water according to your need.

4. Put the frying pan on the gas and put half a teaspoon of oil in it. Put some paste in the pan and make it into a round shape. You can also take the help of a bowl for this.

5. When the Oats Cheela is cooked well from one side, then you should turn it over and cook the other side. Make sure that it cooks till it becomes crisp.

6. In this way your Oats Cheela will be ready in about 20 minutes. Serve it with green chutney and red sauce. Some people also like to eat it with tea.
