It rains during the monsoon season and the weather becomes spectacular. In this season we like to eat crispy hot onion pakoras with hot hot tea. Everyone loves the tea-pakoras combo. Today we have brought for you an easy recipe to make onion pakoras during the rainy season. With the help of this recipe, you can prepare delicious pakoras in minutes and enjoy the season.
material:
Besan – one and a half cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Onions – 3 to 4
Green chilies finely chopped – 3 to 4
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves – 8-10
oil for frying
salt – as per taste
process:
Step 1: First cut the onion into thin slices.
Step 2: After this, finely chop green chili and green coriander.
Step 3: Now take a big bowl and add chopped onion in it along with chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin powder, carom seeds, turmeric, ginger paste and salt as per taste and mix well.
Step 4: After mixing the onion and all the spices well, add gram flour and rice flour and mix it. Use water only when needed.
Step 5: Now put oil in a pan and heat the oil on low flame. When the oil is hot, make pakoras from the onion mixture and put them in the oil.
Step 6: If you put more quantity of pakoras in oil pan, then they will not fry properly. Fry the pakoras on medium flame till they turn golden.
Step 7: After this take out the onion pakoras in a plate. Similarly make all the pakoras. Serve hot pakoras in a plate with tea. Enjoy the monsoon season with it.
