So let us know how to make parantha of pigeonpea pulses…

-2 cups wheat flour
-1 cup arhar dal (cooked)
-1 tsp red chilli powder
-1/4 tsp chaat masala
Salt according to taste
– Oil as per need

The way to create this is as follows ….

To make Arhar dal parathas, firstly knead the dough by adding flour, lentils and salt in a vessel. Now leave the dough for 15 minutes so that the dough is set properly, break the dough balls after the scheduled time.

Apply a dough of dry flour and roll it as a paratha. Put the tawa on medium flame and bake the parantha. Apply oil on both sides and bake until it becomes crisp. Likewise prepare all the parathas. Your arhar dal paranthas are ready. You can test it with curd or soos.
