The Financial Efficiency Committee for Sports Clubs at the Ministry of Sports announced the requirements for the upcoming financial efficiency certificate for the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional Cup League and First Division clubs, which requires the payment of all financial obligations due and payable, until September 30, 2021 AD.
The committee clarified today that the articles of the upcoming financial efficiency certificate include: (payable “players” – payable “trainers” – payable “employees” – payable “sports clubs” – dues of financial cases for which final decisions were issued), so that these items include All sports activities in the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional League and First Division clubs.
The committee also revealed a number of requirements to be followed in order to obtain the next certificate of financial competence, which are:
Non-scheduling of salaries.
Disclosure of financial claims between clubs, or between clubs and individuals, within a maximum period of Saturday, October 30, 2021 AD, provided that any financial claim is carried over to the next period.
Paying or scheduling the financial obligations due and payable until September 30, 2021 AD, and that they are not transferred to pending cases.
The last date for the payment of financial obligations is January 26, 2022 AD.
