Rice – 1 cup Poha – 1/2 cup, Curd – 1/2 cup Urad Dal – 2 tablespoons, fenugreek seeds – 1 teaspoon, sugar – 1/2 teaspoon, water – as per need, salt – as per taste, oil – According to the need
The way to make curd poha is as follows…
First of all, wash rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds in water in a vessel 3-4 times. Now wash the poha in another bowl and put the washed poha in a rice pot. Add 1/2 cup of water and let it soak for 4-5 hours. After the time, put all the things in the grinder jar with the rice soaked in it.
Prepare the batter by adding curd and some water to it and add water only if the batter is too thick. Add sugar and salt to the batter and leave it for 10-12 hours. Next day heat the griddle on medium flame and grease the griddle with some oil and put it on it with a spread of dosa batter.
Now add some oil and bake the dosa on one side till it turns golden brown. Then when the dosa sinks from one side, keep it on a plate. Take your dosa is ready. You can serve it with chutney or sambar.
