Country’s first Amrit Sarovar started from Rampur
Rampur. Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and Uttar Pradesh Water Resources Minister Swatantra Dev Singh dedicated the country’s first Amrit Sarovar to the public on Friday in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. inaugurated. On this occasion, Naqvi said that the country’s first Amrit Sarovar has been ready in Rampur only with the cooperation of the local people. He said that boating in Amrit Sarovar gives a feeling of its grandeur. He congratulated everyone for this.
On this occasion, the Minister in charge of Rampur, Swatantra Dev Singh said that even the last person in the line has been given the benefit of all the schemes by the country’s prime servant, Narendra Modi. Today, due to the cleanliness campaign, an educated daughter also asks her father to throw the gutkha pouch in the dustbin. He said that Modi has provided all basic services like Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Kisan Samman Nidhi, toilets, domestic cylinders, electricity, water etc. to the people of the country without any discrimination. He said that it is a matter of good fortune for the Prime Minister to praise the Amrit Sarovar created by the cooperation and participation of the people of Rampur.
Significantly, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of independence, Prime Minister Modi has taken a pledge to build about 75 ‘Amrit Sarovar’ in every district. Amrit Sarovar has been added to its beauty by making surrounding boundary walls, food courts, fountains, boating, selfie points and lighting. 75 Amrit Sarovars are being built in the district. Along with this, Amrit Sarovar is also being built on a very beautiful pond of about two hectares in village Shangankheda on the edge of the city. Where once there used to be garbage and filth, now there will be Nayanpriya Amrit Sarovar and will attract people for picnic spots.
